If you have a question or are struggling about something specific (no matter how big or small), please be sure to reach out to the group for support. This process is truly a team effort and it only works if everyone is invested and giving it their all. we promise to show up and support you to the best of our ability every step of the way, and expect the same from our clients.
We have two tiers for the program:
We can work with clients in the U.S. and Canada only.
Tier One
You’ll be able to ask questions directly in our Nurture Your Fertility forum/community any day of the week. If you prefer to have live support, you’ll be able to ask questions on our live group sessions that occur once per month.
Tier Two
You’ll get all of the above plus two 1:1 sessions with your nutritionist. This allows for a bit more privacy when discussing your symptoms, protocols, or anything that’s on your mind.
A comprehensive review of your htma test (& any other labs we have you take) to help you understand your labs and what’s going on inside your body. We’ll also include your personalized protocol which includes things such as nutrition, lifestyle, supplement recommendations and more
We have continuation options to support you as long as you’d like to stay in the program.
The difference between Nurture Your Fertility and a self paced fertility course is the level of support you receive that’s tailored to your body. You’ll receive a personalized protocol based on your lab data and health history that deeply addresses your symptoms by understanding what’s going on in your body and in your life. You’ll also get a much higher-level of support from our team than you would in a self-paced program without live calls or community.
We also will drip out information, so you’re never overwhelmed with the amount of information you’re learning. Each topic we cover will include specific exercises/tasks to do so you can learn and make lifestyle adjustments as necessary to support a more favorable environment to conceive!
The truth is nothing is a guarantee. But we deeply believe in our processes to help you understand your body and support your chances of pregnancy.
The difference with Nurture Your Fertility is that our nutritionists have a deep understanding of complex symptoms and diagnoses. We custom-tailor our protocols to your needs based on your lab data and health history. Our typical process starts with supporting your detox pathways and digestion, and then we’ll layer in whatever we need to to eradicate what might be affecting your gut, hormones or immune system. And then we’ll eventually heal and seal anything that’s in your beneficial bacteria to encourage a more favorable environment for conception.
It's not a one–size-fits-all solution and we do not believe in a magic pill or detox method. We tailor your protocol based on what your body needs in order to increase your chances of conceiving. We also address men’s health throughout our lessons leaving no stone unturned.
Absolutely! If at any point you’d like to add one-to-one messenger access with your nutritionist then you can upgrade at any time during the program!
We know infertility is heartbreaking and our heart is with you! We understand that some people might not feel comfortable sharing or asking questions in a group setting and that’s completely okay! One-to-one support is beneficial if you’d prefer to have a bit more privacy when asking questions or receiving support from your nutritionist.
No worries at all! You’ll be able to submit your questions before our live call, and then we’ll answer those questions live even if you’re not there! After each call, you’ll receive access to the recording so you can revisit the information we’ve covered at any time.
You can use your HSA/FSA card to purchase the program, but we cannot guarantee that it will be accepted, as each insurance company and plan has different requirements. Our best advice is to try to use your card. If it doesn’t go through, please call the number on the back of your card and see what information they need in order to process the purchase. We cannot guarantee we will be able to provide it (we cannot provide diagnosis codes if we are not working 1:1), but we have had many program students do this with success.
